1. Health Disclaimer
The content provided in the Hello Swamy app, including health feeds and consultations with Vaidyas, is for informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Purchases and Payments
All product purchases and appointment bookings are final. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.
4. Appointments and Consultations
Appointments scheduled through the app are subject to the availability of the healthcare consultants. You are expected to provide accurate health descriptions to facilitate a meaningful consultation.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality (including health articles and media) are and will remain the exclusive property of Hello Swamy and its licensors.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Hello Swamy, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app or any health advice obtained therein.
7. Account Termination and Deletion
You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings menu. Deleting your account will result in the immediate removal of your authentication credentials and your user profile data from our primary databases. Please note that certain information, such as transaction history and billing records, will be retained for a reasonable period to satisfy legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
